Stavros Parmachtsoglou has carved wood in Athens for decades. His new home on the web had one job: make a screen feel like his workshop, bilingual in Greek and English, reachable by phone, Viber, email, and SMS.

Photographs of the carved pieces are rendered through WebGL depth-map displacement shaders, giving flat images true dimensionality that shifts as the visitor moves, as if turning the piece in their hands. GSAP-driven cinematic transitions carry that sculptural feel through the whole site.

Cataloguing a life's work by hand was impractical, so an AI image classification pipeline analyses every photograph and tags each piece by work type, wood species, and style, turning a raw photo archive into a searchable, filterable exhibition.

Behind the public site sits a full custom admin suite built for the workshop, not for a developer. The portfolio engine is completely generalized: the woodcarver can define as many sortable, filterable fields as he wants (wood type, style, a 62-swatch color palette, dimensions) and choose whether each appears on the card, in the filters, or both. Everything is bilingual, drag-orderable, and draft-aware, and the site's look, scripts, and SEO are managed from the same place.
